Thank you and your staff for hosting all five hundred of us at the weekend.

Since returning I have heard only good things about Unity's facilities. My son came up with the only attempted criticism in that he was miffed that he didn't get to go bowling. It was pointed out to him that was because he was busy doing everything else.

More importantly than facilities is the attitude of your staff which was universally admired. It cannot be easy dealing with groups such as ours however well behaved we believe we are being. Particular praise must go to your event team and other staff at RJ's on Sunday. What they made of our tour shenanigans I do not know but without their professionalism and good humour it would have not been half as good. Incidentally the revamp you have given RJ's  and the sound and lighting system within it were very impressive. We have not come across a better venue of its type.

Finally I would like to again say thank you to Claire. She made the right impression from our first correspondence and has been fantastic in guiding us through a process when even we did not always know what we wanted.
