Our choice of touring pitches include grass serviced with electric hook up, hard standing or if you prefer a standard grass pitch with no electric hook up. We have 3 field areas you can choose from depending where you want to be on the resort. All fields have modern brick built amenity facilities featuring showers, baths, toilet and washing facilities with the luxury of heated floors. There are adjoining laundry and wash-up facilities. Disabled facilities also available. Each field has its own wardens to look after you and assist you, they also ensure that the amenity block is cleaned and monitored. The wardens will meet and greet you and allocate your pitch on your arrival at the field.
The site is flat and you can choose an area that best suits your needs.
Yellow is close to brean leisure park and the fishing lake, and is our largest field.
Green is close to the play area. Family bathrooms are here.
Brown overlooks the open countryside and is approximately 600 yards from reception. This is also the location for the rent-a-tents. Family bathrooms are available here. Apart from weekends and school holidays we are encouraging the field to be aimed at adults only to keep a quieter area.

The use of showers, baths and hot water is all FREE. All ammenity blocks have a coin operated laundry and dish wash up areas. All fields are accessed by hard roads with drainage which assists in good drainage of the pitches. Breathable groundsheets only. Note -Some hard standing pitches share a tap and drain. Sorry we do not accept units towed by a commercial vehicle.
Dogs Welcome in touring and camping fields, we try to keep a dog free area on yellow field where possible
Included in the Fees:
Arrival time 11am Departure time by 10am. We can usually find a pitch for an over night stop, but minimum advance booking is 2 nights (3 nights bank holidays) High season yellow field minimum booking 5 nights.
