If you have not stayed in a caravan before or for a long time you must try it, you will be amazed of how homely they are. When it comes to self catering possibilities our wide range caters for all your needs. With new ranges for 2010 there is plenty of choice whatever your budget! All accommodation is located at Holiday Resort Unity, our adjoining site Brean Leisure Park and on our quieter park Golden Sands, 1/2 mile from Brean Leisure Park and near the beach. Some units can sleep up to 8 people and all homes are appropriately priced to suit all tastes and pockets. You can even bring your dog (in selected units). We also offer Holiday Homes specially adapted for wheelchair access.

All our holiday homes are equipped to a very high standard with colour tv, fridge, cooking facilities, microwave, bedding, shower, toilet, heating, gas, electricity,  VAT and parking for one vehicle are all included in the hire fees. We even make your beds ready for your arrival so you can come and relax from the outset. We will also leave you facilities to make tea and coffee.

Signature
New in 2009 the Signature offers a distinctive panoramic bay window to the front, which fills the home with natural light offering a genuinely cosy 'home from home' environment that harmoniously blends touches of modern and classic design. The kitchen features a wide range of flexible cupboard space as well as an integrated full-sized fridge/freezer. Indulge yourself in the generously proportioned main bedroom with double bed, a family bathroom with toilet plus a separate toilet. Double glazing and central heating ensures you will be comfortable whatever time of year you visit. These fantastic holiday homes are located at Brean Leisure Park.

Leisure 8s
We are one of the few resorts in the UK that have large 4 bedroom holiday homes. Plus they have 2 bathrooms making these spacious homes sell very quickly! Equipped with double glazing and central heating, split with 2 bedrooms and a shower and toilet at each end of the caravan, a central lounge and a kitchen - parents can sleep one end and children the other - or 4 people sharing can have a bedroom each. You have a choice of location - Unity or at the Leisure Park. Parking for 2 vehicles included.

Please note we are in the process of building a new pool complex near our caravan area on Brean Leisure Park. As there is a deadline for opening this facility building work will be in progress during the day during your stay.  We will endeavour to keep any noise and disturbance to a minimum.

Willow
Stylish comfort and contemporary design at fantastic value. Enjoy a relaxing break in one of our Willows, they are only 3 years old. They feature a centre lounge with a woodblock floor effect and comfortable furnishings. With the 2 twin bedrooms at one end, an en-suite double at the other end plus toilet shower room next to the kitchen. What ever time of year these are the perfect choice featuring central heating and double glazing to ensure comfort for all the family. Located at Unity.

Premier Grand
This accommodation consists of one double and two twin bedrooms, equipped with lots of seating n the lounge / dining area, an integrated fridge freezer, shower room and separate toilet. With large windows in the lounge to allow in lots of light and a wall mounted TV in the lounge, the Premier Grand offers an excellent holiday home feel. These are centrally heated and have double glazing so are the perfect choice all year round.

Leisure

Offering great value for money, fully
equipped and well furnished.
Providing all you need for a
relaxing carefree holiday. These
popular holiday homes are either
2 or 3 bedrooms, with a comfortable
feel and a fully fitted kitchen.
Located at Unity, some
of these will accept pets.

Privately Owned
Many of these have fenced gardens, ideal if you have a toddler. Some of these will accept pets. Prices range according to ambience, some have central heating and are luxurious. Tell us what you are looking for and we will match your needs. Located at Unity.

Sovereign
 Situated at Brean Leisure Park and Unity, we have some Premier Caravans (37'x12') suitable for wheelchair users and other guests with special needs. Designed with wider doors accessing the caravan and sliding doors internally in the caravan, 2 twin bedrooms, Spacious low level shower, toilet and low level kitchen. Equipped with central heating, double glazing and direct dial telephone, (not available at Unity).They also have a fold out bed in the lounge to accommodate up to 6 people.
