All our holiday homes are equipped to a very high standard equipped with colour tv, fridge, cooking facilities, microwave, bedding, shower, toilet, heating, security alarm. Gas, electricity, VAT and parking for one vehicle are all included in the hire fees.

Premier - Choose from two locations - either by the Garden Centre and Pool at Brean Leisure Park, or at Unity a short walk to RJ’s and central to all amenities. 2 or 3 bedroom units available. Equipped with Double Glazing, Central Heating, Microwave, Full Size Cooker, accommodating up to 6 people. Caravans at the Leisure Park have direct dial telephones.

Willow Our leading range with a relaxing feel. Featuring a centre lounge with a woodblock floor effect and comfortable furnishings. 2 twin bedrooms at one end, an en-suite double at the other end plus toilet shower room next to the kitchen.

Sovereign - Situated at Brean Leisure Park and Unity, we have some Premier Caravans & Leisure (37’x12’) suitable for wheelchair users and other guests with special needs. Designed with wider doors accessing the caravan and sliding doors internally in the caravan, 2 twin bedrooms, Spacious low level shower, toilet and low level kitchen. Equipped with central heating, double glazing and direct dial telephone, (not available at Unity). They also have a fold out bed in the lounge to accommodate up to 6 people.

Leisure Plus These caravans have 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Available in both Brean Leisure Park and at Unity. Most are equipped with Double Glazing and Central Heating, split with 2 bedrooms and a shower and toilet at each end of the caravan, a central lounge and a kitchen – parents can sleep one end and children the other - or 4 people sharing can have a bedroom each. Caravans at the Leisure Park have direct dial telephones. Book early – these are very popular. 2 vehicles included

Leisure - These caravans are situated at Unity - a short walk to RJ’s and central to all amenities. 2 or 3 bedroom units available. All our caravans are of a high standard and come fully equipped. Some of these will accept pets.

Private Owner - We have some caravans we hire on behalf of private owners. Equipment in Agency vans may vary, check when booking. Some of these have fenced gardens and accept pets. For further inforamtion contact 01278 752100.
