If you are looking for a quieter beach style holiday we have the place for you! Right next to the beach at Brean Sands you will have a private access route to the five miles of golden sandy beaches that run from Brean Down to Burnham on Sea. Take a romantic walk and enjoy the sunset at dusk, or just take a casual walk and enjoy the scenery which includes brean down, steepholm island, and other local points of interest. You can even follow the nearby nature trail through the sand dunes. Why not take your fishing rod with you and try out some sea fishing, or for the less adventurous you could just buy an ice cream and unwind.

The lodges are available all year round including Christmas and New Year.

Mendip/Quantock lodges 

Choose from different layouts. we have the definitive in luxury for your holiday in somerset if you choose one of these mendip lodges, with a real home from home feel they come fully furnished and even include a washing machine. They feature lounge, modern fitted kitchen and dining area. The Mendip has the master bedroom with an ensuite including a bath whilst the Quantock enjoys a larger living and dining area. These 2 bedroom homes accommodate up to 4 people homes. Outside relax and soak up the sun on the veranda or unwind in your own fenced garden. Sorry no pets accepted.

Caravan Holiday Homes:
Apart from weekends and school holidays we are encouraging the holiday homes to be aimed at adults only to keep a quieter area.

If you would prefer a caravan then these are very good value. There are 3 types of caravans – Rio, Vacation and Vermont, and come in ranges of 2 and 3 bedrooms with some accepting pets.

Rio New range for 2010!

This spacious range offers one double bedroom, one twin bedroom plus a make up bed in the lounge. Enjoy a relaxing break in our new contemporarily decorated Rio holiday. These are centrally heated and have double glazing so are the perfect choice all year round.

There is a small laundry and reception area on site with a telephone link to brean leisure park. Being amongst the sand dunes means gardens are very small, but the beach is very close. They are not really suit to people with walking difficulties as there is a steep incline to get to the beach.

Passes included for the use of the facilities located at Holiday Resort Unity and Brean Leisure Park. Please check opening times, restrictions and any applicable charges.
