Head Housekeeper
Managing a hire fleet of 150 caravans, 3 touring fields and a team of up to 16 wardens you will be responsible to ensure that our accommodation and facilities is cleaned and maintained to the highest standard. You must be a strong communicator, hands on leader, able to work under pressure to achieve these objectives. This is a permanent full time management position. Pool Complex Manager
The South West's leading holiday resort is recruiting for a pool complex manager. Position starts from 1 June 2008, to include a handover period taking full operation of the complex from mid August 2008. This is a permanent position working 5 1/2 days per week. The pool complex consists of an indoor pool and baby pool, outdoor pool, Jacuzzi pool and five waterslides. Managing a team of lifeguards of up to 10. Catering Manager
Working with the Catering Director attention to detail along with exceptional guest service, team management and decision making skills are paramount. You will need to be prepared to work split shifts based over a 5 1/2 day working. Intermediate/ advance food hygiene certificate desired, as well as experience with multi functional catering outlets. Our operation includes Wimpy, Pasta King, Oggy Oggy Pasty Outlet, Ice - Cream Parlour and main function rooms catering from 1 - 600 covers.

Corgi Engineer
Qualified Corgi LPG engineer or someone who may be working towards their qualification. Duties to include the gas testing of caravans, drain outs and reconnection of caravans. Also routine gas jobs within our buildings. Would also consider self employed basis. Also consider Saturday or Sunday work only if you are self employed during the week to cover out busy periods.

2008 Seasonal Vacancies

Hire Fleet Wardens.
Working as part of a team of 8 looking after our large hire fleet of caravans. Duties involve meeting and greeting of guests, cleaning and checking of caravans, responding to guest queries/ issues throughout their stay. You will be on call from 8am to 10pm 6 days per week. On the evening before your day off you will finish at 6pm. Accommodation is provided in a static caravan at no extra charge. Position available from June until November with the option to return for the 2009 season in 2009. Job description available. This position is suitable for a couple (2 persons).

Wimpy Supervisor
Working in fast food environment must be a team leader and work under pressure. Similar experience required.

Complex Cleaners
Required 1 June in order to clean large entertainments complex. Position for a couple (2 people).Working early mornings from 4am onwards 6 days per week. Full chemical training provided and Company uniform. Accommodation available. Position available until the end of November 2008 initially.

Door Supervisors
SIA qualified door supervisors required for family entertainment complex. Evening shifts, full and part time hours

Cook
Assisting chef in busy kitchen pub style/ fast food. Contract from March to October.

Quality Assessor (service & safety)
The main duties are to complete inspections to ensure that our service, cleanliness and appearance is at the highest possible standard, to monitor this on an on-going basis and suggest ways of improvement through acting as a mystery shopper. Previous experience desired or an exceptional eye for detail. Basic health and safety knowledge required. Would suit someone looking for 2 or 3 days or evenings per week from Easter to October.

All Departments
Bar, Catering, Retail, Arcade, NPLQ qualified Pool Lifeguards, SIA qualified Door Supervisors required from February onwards. Various start dates with each position and varying shifts, part and full time hours until end of October. Also student work for weekends/ holidays etc. Full training provided and uniform.
