Brean Spash Admission Policy

Admission Policy Applies

All children under 8 years of age and all non swimmers must be accompanied by an adult in the pool at a ratio of 1 adult per 2 children. Under 4's - 1 child per adult.

The operation of the outdoor pool and slides are subject to weather conditions and demand and is operated at our discretion. Slides may be operated in rotation during sessions. Waterpark rules apply to ensure the safety of all guests.

We reserve the right to change the opening times and operation as necessary in accordance to demand and other factors.

Splash operates in either LOW, MID of HIGH SEASON bands based on facility operation within the complex and dates. (See below for dates)

Admission charges below apply to all Holiday Resort Unity guests including those touring, hiring a caravan direct from us, or hiring a caravan from a private owner or from Newmans. In order to obtain discount guests must produce a valid privilege card at the Pool Reception.

Static caravan owners part of Owners Premier and Seasonal Tourers who hold a plastic photo privilege card receive one free splash session per day upon production of their card at the Pool Reception.

Session length is either 2 or 3 hours. The pool admits at roughly 10 minute intervals on a coloured band basis. You are guaranteed a minimum of 2 or 3 hours use of the waterpark. Removing your coloured band will result in immediate expulsion from the park. During busy periods capacity may be reached and there may therefore be a queue to gain entry to the waterpark.

We recommend that you walk to Brean Splash as a car parking charge applies in the car park at the Leisure Park.

Important Information

The pools are lifeguarded at all times, however to ensure a safe environment for all, under 8’s and non swimmers must be accompanied by an adult over 16 years of age in the pool at all times at a ratio of 1:2 persons and under 4’s on a one to one basis.

See our special family sessions during low season where our under 8’s policy is relaxed.

All slides are included in the admission fee. Lockers cost 20p which is refunded after use. Pushchair storage locks available for puschair storage
