Team member of the month

Guests can take part in nominating team members who go out of there way to make your stay more enjoyable via our holiday questionnaires.

The park Directors then choose which team member receives the award each month which includes gift vouchers being awarded to the selected team member.

Team Member of the Month 2011:-

February

Awarded to Ben Johnson from our Golf & Grounds team for his work our Green Team and erection of over 50 bird and bat boxes across the Resort.

March

Awarded to Sam Nellist our Reception Supervisor for the effective training and support of new team members.

April

Awarded to Roger Batten our night security patrol team member for his effective and professional response to an incident during the night.

June

Awarded to Scott Adams from entertainments for his contribution to the team and stepping up and taking on additional responsibilities.

July

Awarded to Gail Moss our warden on brown field for her professional and calm approach in dealing with a first aid incident and successfully saving the life of a guest on holiday on brown field. Gail also received an exceptional service award from the BH&HPA (British Holiday Parks & Homes Association) which Holiday Resort Unity is a member of in recognition of her outstanding effort.
