The park is a family holiday destination. The first named person is responsible for the booking and must be
21 years of age or older. He/she warrants that the party consists of a family or part of a family. No
accommodation is available for exclusively under 21s or groups of three or more men and women unless
part of an organisation. If, on arrival, the party make-up does not comply with terms and conditions,
admission may be refused. The Park will not accept any bookings whether online, in person or via
telephone of any person who is on the Sex Offenders Register compiled under the Sex Offenders Act 1997
nor are they permitted to visit or use any of the park facilities this includes the Tavern, RJs, Brean Play, Brean Splash, Golf Club, Food Court.

YES! We offer free & paid wifi across the resort.

Your holiday home is fitted with a Direct to Van broadband connection provided by LPIS. This provides a reliable broadband connection to all devices within the lodge or caravan.

  • For the benefit of our other guests, please could we kindly ask you to refrain from using your hot tub before 9am and after 10pm as this may disturb other guests.
  • We change the water for your arrival and as the water takes time to heat up, it may not be up to the desired temperature upon arrival.
  • Please do not adjust the controls on your hot tub.
  • During your stay maintenance, staff will check chemical levels daily from 8am.
  • We want to look after your safety and it is recommended that the hot tub water quality is tested at least twice a day (am & pm). This may result in the hot tub being out of use for a short period of time whilst the water quality is brought to the correct level.
  • On your departure day the hot tub will be emptied from 8am.

We do not accept certain makes of caravan/motorhome and you will be notified at time of booking if your
reservation is not accepted. We currently do not accept the following makes of caravans*: Hobby, Roma,
Tabbert, LMC, TEC, Weippart, Fendt. *Correct at time of publication.

28 days and, if you are on a grass pitch, you must change pitches after 14 days.

You can use the loyalty card on standard bookings and they are valid for the current year of issue. Loyalty
cards cannot be used for special offers.

Pets are permitted for a fee in some areas at our resort and in some of our accommodation but this must be
confirmed at time of booking. Owners are requested to encourage their pets to use the special ‘Dog Walk’
and not to allow them to foul the park. Dogs are to be kept on leads at all times. A maximum of two dogs per
unit is permitted. There is a ‘Dog Free’ area on the yellow field for those people who do not like dogs. We
reserve the right to refuse certain breeds of dog we consider inappropriate for a family park. If pets are
permitted to foul the park or cause reoccurring nuisance to other guests, you will be asked to leave the park
without compensation.

The minimum number of nights is 2, except for bank holidays, when there is a minimum of 3. On the yellow
field at bank holidays, the minimum is 5 nights.

This cannot be guaranteed as pitch numbers are not allocated on booking but we can, if we have sufficient
space, put you on the same field and inform the warden in advance that you require pitches together. In all
cases, you should inform the warden of your requirements on arrival.

No, payments must be made with a valid credit/debit or switch card by telephone or cheque/postal order for
postal bookings. You can also book and pay online with a valid/credit debit card.

Commercial vehicles or vans of any kind are not allowed on the park and will be refused on arrival.

As part of our green policy, we will email free of charge your holiday confirmation to a chosen email address. Should you wish to receive a paper version in the postage this can be arranged and the cost is £1.99 for postage.

To minimise risks in the unfortunate event of cancellation, you are strongly advised to take advantage of our own inexpensive and simple cancellation plan, payable with the deposit at the time of application for your holiday reservation. You are covered if you have to cancel; a) Because of illness, death or injury of any member of your party detailed on the booking form, a) if you or your spouse are a witness in court or are required to do jury service, b) if the police require your presence for whatever reason, c) if your permanent home is made uninhabitable through fire, storm, floods, subsidence, d) if a close relative suffers injury or dies or the death of a business associate, partner or co-director. You must notify us in writing immediately the circumstances arise and supply supporting evidence. Please note as the World Health Organisation has announced that Coronavirus (COVID-19) is a global pandemic this cancellation plan will not cover any claims relating to this virus.  The fee is: Tourers and Camping - £10 per booking. Lodges, Caravans and Safari tents - £20 per booking. If no cancellation plan is taken out you will forfeit 100% of the booking fees. Please note deposits are non-refundable.  Cancellation charges shown below.

For licensing purposes, all party members’ names are required to be registered and cards may be required to
use certain facilities such as the bars, Brean Leisure Park Bingo Club, entertainment, swimming pool, golf
course and the hire department. Second vehicle charge applies (only one vehicle permitted at Golden Sands).
Your cards will be issued to you on arrival/check-in and should be carried with you at all times. They are only
valid for the duration of your holiday and must be signed by the holder. (Hiring guests collect their cards on
arrival). *Replacement passes are charged at £1 per card. Privilege cards are not a suitable form of ID. Should
ID be requested in licensed premises, a passport, photo driving license or Portman proof of age card must be
shown. A dress code may operate in some venues. The management reserves the right to refuse admission.
Persons under the age of eighteen must be accompanied by an adult in all entertainment venues and bars.

We have specific caravans that can cater for wheelchairs with wider doors and low-level kitchens. The resort is flat and there is access to all buildings. The swimming pool has a hoist. Induction loop available. Service dogs are welcome in all areas. If your party includes someone with special needs, please let us know when making a booking. If you need to increase the size of the website, you can alter your screen % via your internet browser settings. Please ask for our Welcome All leaflet detailing access to our facilities on the resort.

You must pay the balance 84 days before arrival. If you book within 84 days of your arrival date, you must pay in full at time of booking.

We hope that this flexibility and assurance gives you the confidence to start counting down to a break with us.

Applies to all touring, camping and caravan/lodges stays booked directly through us.

Our ‘No Worries’ Promise applies to all bookings

Valid for up to 28 days before arrival, if you can no longer make the dates for whatever reason - for a small fee you can transfer your holiday within a 12 month period. The price of the new break will be dependent on the date and accommodation range available.

Coronavirus terms:
Resort closure due to Coronavirus restrictions
, restrictions on travel (local or national) due to the Coronavirus outbreak dictated by the UK, Welsh or Irish Governments. Evidence to be provided from NHS app as proof of Positive test.

1. Transfer your holiday to new dates in the current year, you will a £20 amendment fee to do this.
2. Request for your booking to be moved onto a credit on your account, if you don’t know your new dates, we can issue you with a credit for the amount paid and apply your original booking payment against a future holiday for a £20 fee.
3. If you cannot travel as you have tested positive or have to self isolate you are entitled to a credit voucher valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

We are unfortunately unable to accept any customers using their own generators on site.
