Holiday Resort Unity Festive Break
This pre-Christmas break runs from Friday 6th to Monday 9th December, so not only is this a great time to get away before the Christmas rush, but also an opportunity to get in some Christmas shopping!
Locally, the seaside resorts of Burnham-on-Sea and Weston-super-Mare have a selection of high street and independent shops selling clothing, cards, gifts and toys, and not far away you will find The Mall at Cribbs Causeway and Cabot Circus in Bristol, which have additional attractions such as a skating rink, as well as all the High Street branded stores.
Clark’s Designer Outlet Village in Street is around a 40 minute drive away, and the medieval city of Wells is a perfect place to visit over the festive season, with its “olde world” cobbled streets, The Bishop’s Palace and Wells Cathedral, where you may be lucky enough to catch one of the Christmas choirs. Their local producers’ market held every Saturday is a firm favourite with locals and visitors alike. The annual Wells Reindeer Parade – with real reindeer, takes place on Sunday 8th December and is one of the highlights in the county’s Christmas events calendar.
A winter walk on the seven mile stretch of sandy beach just across the road is always a great way to blow away the cobwebs, and with dogs welcome at Holiday Resort Unity, there’s no need for them to miss out – just request pet friendly accommodation when you book!

New Year’s Break at Holiday Resort Unity
If you don’t manage to get away before Christmas, then why not escape for the new year and join us for three nights from 30th September to 2nd January?
Our entertainment guide will be tailored for family members and friends of all ages to enjoy, and with a choice of two venues, there will be something to keep everyone entertained! Of course, New Years’ Eve buffet with fantastic live acts is part of the programme.
So rather than stay at home and watch all the fun and festivities on the TV, join us with your nearest and dearest and experience the Holiday Resort Unity welcome.
