Following a successful event last year, once again Holiday Resort Unity and Brean Leisure Park will be celebrating Somerset Day with a Local Producers’ Fayre from 10am until 4pm on Sunday 12th May.
A limited number of 3 metre x 3 metre pitches are available to local producers of food, drink and crafts to exhibit and sell their goods on the day at no cost.
The event will also see a barbecue, inflatable fun for children and an outdoor bar.
Monies raised from the event, we will be equally donated to BARB Search and Rescue, The Coastguard Association on behalf of Burnham-on-Sea Coastguard Rescue Team and Burnham-on-Sea RNLI, who we also hope may be able to attend on the day, subject to their schedules.

By putting on this fayre we are also allowing the many people around our county to showcase and sell their produce on the day, and also support our very valuable search and rescue services, who voluntarily give their time 365 days a year to look after our local community and the many thousands of holidaymakers that visit Brean every year”
The event is free to enter an is open to all. In the event of adverse weather, it will take place in The Pavilion Food Court (formerly Wimpy).
If you wish to book a pitch, please email deborah@brean.com no later than Monday 6th May to receive a booking form. A £20 pitch deposit is required, payable by debit/credit card at Holiday Resort Unity main park reception. You can either pop in, or give them a call on 01278 751235 to make the payment once confirmation of your pitch has been confirmed. The deposit is refundable after the event. In the event of a no show on the day or cancellation, the money will be donated between the three chosen aforementioned charities.
