Children’s traditional favourites Sooty, Sweep & Soo to film new series at Holiday Resort Unity this June

For over 60 years, generations of children have been enjoying The Sooty Show, featuring the loveable characters Sooty, Sweep and Soo.

Between the 4th and 15th June this year, a brand new series will be being filmed on location at Holiday Resort Unity and Brean Leisure Park, featuring the famous trio, Richard, Mr Slater and a number of surprise celebrity guests!
If you are staying with us here at Holiday Resort Unity, keep your eyes out for them around the park.

There is plenty to do during June for pre-school children, with daily children’s entertainment, Sunshine Farm with a selection of farm animals including donkeys, pygmy goats and a miniature pony, our extensive outdoor play area and all the fantastic facilities at Brean Play and Brean Splash. Our outdoor splash pool also opens from the end of May!
Just across the road are 7 miles of sandy beach, great for making sandcastles and enjoying a picnic, and we are just a short drive away from many great days out across Somerset if you want to explore.

Choose from one of the many accommodation options available… bring your own tent, motorhome or tourer, stay in one of our glamping pods or camping tents, or hire one of our static units, fully equipped for your self catering holiday.
If you are staying with us, a visitor to the area, or live locally, Sooty does a Park Welcome at 11am daily at Brean Leisure Park (except on orange days – see timetable), with a Sooty Stage Show at 2pm and a mascot meet and greet at 4pm.

You can meet Sooty and Richard on 30th May, 8th August and 31st October.
