Promotional Booking Information

All promotional break bookings are allocated a Classic range caravan on either Holiday Resort Unity or Golden Sands with a check-in time of 4pm.

All caravans come fully equipped for your self-catering stay & benefit from gas/electric heating and double glazing. All bookings include 1 vehicle, but an additional vehicle can be added for £3.00 per night. Please note that promotional bookings are non-refundable & date changes are not available. Any amendments to your party make-up are subject to a £20 administration fee in addition to any other associated costs.

The balance required to secure your newspaper promotional booking is outlined in your confirmation email. All charges outlined must be paid no later than 12 weeks prior to your arrival. Failure to make payment may result in your booking being cancelled with no refund made.

Privilege Passes*
To ensure you do not miss out on these exclusive savings these are automatically added to your booking when you stay at Holiday Resort Unity. Save 50% at Brean Splash our award-winning waterpark. You can also get 50% off at Brean Play – the Southwest’s largest indoor soft play centre. Half-price green fees are also available at Brean Golf Club & Brean Country Club. If Brean Theme Park is open during your break you also get savings here too!! In addition to your discounts your privilege passes also give you FREE access to RJ’s our main entertainment venue, entry to our kid's club & use of our resort minibus/land train service. Please note that Privilege Passes cannot be purchased individually. Privilege Passes are free for infants 0-2 years.

Save the Hassle and Hire Bedding
No bedding is included with your promotional booking but is added automatically to your reservation for a charge of £20 (£25 if added within 3 days of arrival). Should you choose to bring your own please remember that you will need to pack your duvets, pillows & linen. Our bedding option is a great way to save space in the car! Remember, if you upgrade your bedding comes free of charge so the £20 will be deducted from your final balance.

Pre-Authorisation
Before arrival, you will be required to complete your pre-arrival check-in. An email will be sent out to you 2 days before arrival with this pre-check-in link. £75 pre-authorisation – this is a deposit to cover damage to (including smoke damage) & cleanliness of your accommodation. This is not a transaction but a temporary hold only – no money will leave your account. These funds will be released back for spending within 7 working days of your departure providing the accommodation was left as found on your arrival. Failure to complete pre-check-in can result in a delay of entry into the resort.

Please note that there is an increased pre-authorisation on pet units (£100) & our hot tub accommodation (£150).

Pets
If you’d like to bring your pet along please ensure you call us as soon as possible to check if we have pet-friendly accommodation available for your holiday dates. Pets are changed at £35 each (Max 2 per accommodation).
