Each holiday lodge will come with over 400 square foot of outdoor decking space, ideal for outdoor living, and will of course have private parking spaces allocated.
Every individual lodge has its own individual free wifi connection, important as a family and enabling you to work, if you have to, when you are away from home.
Pets are welcome too throughout the development, and at the leisure park you will find dog friendly dining for pets and owners alike, at the award winning COAST Cafe, not only serving you, but with a bespoke three-course dog menu.
Annual site fees start from just £5,950 per year for 12 months, which include free use of the swimming pool, grounds maintenance, and the entertainment facilities, with leisure packages available.

The modern, purpose-built facility has been designed over two floors, and will offer a quality dining experience, from breakfast and light lunches to afternoon teas and more formal evening dining. All food is freshly cooked to order using locally and ethically sourced ingredients.
It has also been designed to accommodate private and corporate functions and events, including weddings for which it is also licensed to hold your civil wedding ceremony.
A golf lounge, pro shop and changing rooms will accommodate members and visitors of Brean Golf Club.
The Country Club adjoins the luxury lodge development, and owners’ are welcome to use all the facilities on offer.
